SAB North America’s product offering continues to expand with the new 2006 printing of an expanded Cord Grip Catalog.   For applications requiring a watertight connection, you will find many options starting with the material of Cord Grips manufactured with rugged Polyamide 6 material in Gray or Black or Nickel Plated Brass with your choice of Metric, PG or NPT threading.  Gasketing configuration inserts you will find single hole or multi hole glands allowing from 2 – 5 cables to be safely routed thru one cord grip.  For extra protection of wire fatigue, spiral strain relief options are available.  If you are using shielded cable and are concerned about maintaining the integrity of shield protection at connection, SAB’s EMC Cable Gland provides a unique connection for shielded cable.
